Bad after sales service

There is no rating for Homemark. Tried to buy parts for one of their products. After numerous phone calls to head office and then to one of shops still no help. The shop did order it and it is there but can not give me a price. This is going on for a month more or less. They just do not come back to you. There phone is Johannesburg does not get answered or they put you on hold.
