Appalled by lies

On the 7th Feb 2015, purchased Polaroid Kids Tablet from Homemark, Kollonade Pretoria - there due to a holiday in Bela Bela. Boxes on the shelf unsealed & did not contain product. Given a tablet from the back of the shop - placed into an already opened box - told the boxes on the shelf did not contain the product due to theft. Also told about a 10 day refund policy at any store if the product was in the original packaging with the invoice & did not work. Tablet refused to switch on - screen might be damaged. We are resident in South Jhb we went to the Homemark at the Glen for promised refund -on17th Feb 2015 (today). Spoke to Tebogo Mamatha -alleged he was manager (****y) - later said he was Ass Man. Told that he could not refund, didn't have enough cash in till, asked why we had purchased an opened box, offered a voucher and not cash. Refused to contact head office, gave us incorrect head office details, refused to contact Kollonade or allow us to speak to manager(Alpheas) told us to go back to Kollonade, refused to give a credit note. Wrote note on back of invoice but refused to sign it. Crouched down when he spoke to his manager on the phone. Appalling - deserve to be fired
