<p>I wrote a review on the Air-O-Space Instant Bed in a Bag, The Customer Service Manager rep**** and told me the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>Good Day Jacqueline,</p> <p>Sifiso from our customer care department has informed me that he has spoke to you and the matter has been sorted out.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Customer Services Manager</p> <p> </p> <p>I rep**** and told them that nobody contacted me, and never even got a response… is this how you treat your customers??</p> <p> </p> <p>My Review was:</p> <p> </p> <p>Air-O-Space Instant Bed in a Bag</p> <p>I’m so disappointed and embarrassed, we had company this weekend, bought an Air-O-space mattress so that our guests can have a pleasant sleep, trusting what they say on the box, we bought one and the next morning they were sleeping on the floor. I’m so disappointed in Air-O-Space, will NEVER buy from Home Mark again. </p>
