**** after sales service

Some of the products that homemaker and verimark sell I wouldn't recommend you purchase but I actually found a product I love ,I got it as a gift from I recommend it too a friend and bought her one. It's the REMerdy Callus Free. So mine has got an issue went to canal walk and the sales consultant ask me for my receipt I explain to him it was a gift I had to this 4 times so he calls the manger via his cell ,the manager explains to me there's nothing they can do I must find someone who can fix it. Annoyed I explain who must I find a few weeks ago I was in the store purchasing replacement rollers and they the only people who sell this product which makes things a bit difficult any way Service was **** I swore but that was while I was explaining to my husband .
