2 weeks, no product, no feedback

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago, I have sent a total of 8 emails to different employees. Only Zubaidah responded once promising my delivery by the end of last week. My item has not arrived and she has not responded to the 2 emails I have sent since. The promised delivery is 3 - 5 days on the website, we are on day 16.<br> <br> Have I been ******?
