Worthless *****s!

The most pathetic service I have ever received in my life! I know complaining will not help as this company just does as they wish. I cancelled my Wi-fi with them and miraculously the same day I did not have data anymore. After enquiry I was told that I will still need to pay for a month before it will be cancelled. The debit irder has not gone off and I have had no reply from anyone of Home Cloud. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. You should be ashamed for taking money from people and providing such poor service! Please close your company as you are worthless *****s!!
