Worst service ever

Worst company ever - every month the get their debit order on time - but every month I must phone them to activate my new month's wifi. Some months I wait until the 19th of the month before I get the new month's "wifi". Then when you phone them - don't let me say anything about that. I am so disappointed in HOME CLOUD.
