Worst ISP in the history on mankind (HomeCloudSolutions)

Nobody needs to go through such utter BS service i endured with this company. Im currently signed up with one of their LTE packages which for about a month has been giving me frequent issues with extremely slow download + upload speeds, so slow I would get up to 0.15KBPS download speeds. I emailed Home Cloud ISP and told them about my issue on the 20 December 2018 nobody rep**** to my email. I then went onto their website and Facebook I requested them to cancel my account they blatantly are ignoring all my request as well as to cancel the account and move to another ISP which I need as I work from Home and rely on my internet. I will be taking further steps as they are ignoring all my requests and are not responding any of my emails or facebook messages. I would not recommend anybody to sign up with these ****** they do not deliver as promised but every month they debit my account without fixing my internet.
