Worst ISP by far.

They have no idea what is going on in their admin & debtors department. I have signed a debit order form in July 2017. After six months and many mails they realized there is a mistake on their system. They corrected their system. But still up to now, again three months later not one single debit order has been processed.

I have to pay via EFT every month. Their system shows I am a debit order client, as confirmed by one of their employees. Although i pay via EFT my system still gets disconnected.

December i was disconnected due to the same issue. Nobody from Home Cloud was available to assist me. I paid for one months usage which i did not receive.

Definitely not the ISP to use. Pathetic.
