Worst Internet Service you could ever imagine

Please do not ever use this company under any circumstances. I was a customer with them for a year and had nothing but nightmare service and frustration. There were many days where my internet was slow and lagging so badly it was unusable. There were also many days when the internet service would be down completely.

In terms of administration support the people working at the company are terrible. To do a data top-up took on average 2 to 3 days to process. There were also many mistakes on my account getting double charged for items on my invoice and to sort that out on my account took multiple mails over a space of 2 months.

The final straw was I wanted to do an upgrade to my package. I specifically told the person I was dealing with (Laurelda) on multiple emails under no circumstances to ever run a debit order on my account. She made me fill in a from which was basic information the company already had from me. On that form I wrote in big bold letters "DO NOT RUN DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT". The upgrade was never processed but the company ran a debit order on my account.

I cancelled my contract on 3 October I sent the mail to Laurelda. To this day my cancellation has not been processed. The company refuses to process my cancellation. They refuse to stop running the debit order on my account and have threatened to blacklist me for non payment. I have to manually go to the bank every month to reverse the debit order. I have sent mails to multiple people in the company and this nightmare with these people just won't end. I have had to resort to CHANGING MY ENTIRE BANKING DETAILS to get rid of there debit order. The stop order on the debit order did not help because they keep changing the reference number.

The cost of this company's data is also very very expensive compared to other companies.

Homecloud is a pathetic excuse for a mickey mouse operation. They are hell to deal with. To this day I am still not rid of these people. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from these people!
