Worst Internet Service Provider

Worst internet service provider ever!!!! I wouldn’t even recommend this to my enemies. Firstly their customer service they provide is just a joke, your connection is more offline than online and today when I phoned I was informed they there is no longer coverage in my area. No formal communication sent informing me of the change - no post on website.....nothing! Best of all...because my contract only expires in November they want me to pay a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee but yet it is Home Cloud which no longer can provide the service I signed up for!!! A bunch of *******
