Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, they customer service stinks , been trying to contact them for 2 months, was told over the phone that I should not pay for 2 months as they did not too me up even though I paid for it, I sent many emails asking them to confirm this yet no response, I have also asked them not to debit me as I will use the Payfast system to pay my subscription, yet they still do , this is bank charges to me for unpaid debit charges , they gave me data for August yet now for September I am told that my balance is R737.29, My subscription is R399 a month, how do they get this figure, only they know, they blocked me from commenting on the Facebook page so I cannot let others know my experience with them
