Worst customer service ever!!!

Shocking service, have had no internet connection for over 2 weeks now, phone them on a daily basis only to get cut off every time. I have sent e-mails and what's apps too. I will reverse my last debit order and cancel all future ones tomorrow. Homecloud you can collect your router, I will not pay for it!!
