Will not process cancellation

I wanted a month to month option with home Cloud solutions, they make you sign up on line and all of a sudden you have a 2 year contract, so I want to cancel , besides the big cancellation fee, I do the forms, another debit order comes off and have been told it wasnt specific how the cancellation fee was going to be done, so no one got hold of me to sort this, and on top of that I have emailed repeatedly to find out about the process with no response. I am at the point where I need legal help as they just keep taking debit order but won't process my cancellation.
