WIFI Disconnected just for giggles

If you enjoy your WIFI disconnected even though you paid, Home Cloud is for you. Yesterday was the second time this month I'm disconnected even though payment was made via debit order at the beginning of the month. You use the after hours contact number but no response...I'm still waiting. It takes forever to reconnect, that's after being told you did not pay. Don't think you will get an apology when they realize Home Cloud was wrong to disconnect you. My silver lining is that May is the last month of this contract and I'm out...
