What a joke

Where does one begin with this company. Nothing but useless in all aspects. Quick to phone when a debit order bounces no response with queries or complaints. Their so called immediate reply service is pathetic. Double charge a debit order even when EFT is made then still want to charge a late fee after the bank charges me R115 for bounced debit order. I have been waiting over a week for the billing department to contact me. Will be cancelling with them. Utter pathetic and uselessness
