VERY VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

Very unhappy customer. I have been struggling with my internet connectivity on and off for more than a year now. Since June 2019 i have zero internet connectivity. I cannot perform my work/business in my office because i cannot access the internet or send/receive emails. I pay every month for a 60 gig + 60 gig but only get 30 gig. I cannot get hold of anyone on the provided contact or whats app numbers from their web site, get no answers on any emails sent to them, created so may support tickets but with no prevail in any of the mentioned.... i am so fed up, they take money but provide sweet blue %$#@! I am now at a point where i am going to stop my monthly debit order. Never ever sign up with Home Cloud Solutions!!! BAD BAD VERY BAD.
