USELESS! USELESS! USELESS! No Connectivity for 4 DAYS AND NO REPLY.

Since the 25th of April I had no connection on my Home Cloud internet. I tried phoning them over 30 times nobody answers the phone and nobody replies to any emails. Total and utterly useless company avoid them.
