Useless, useless, useless. Have been trying to get hold of them for 2 days to process a top up on a business account. Neither of the three phone numbers work, nor are any of my multiple emails answered. This is about our 6th problem with them. Avoid them like the plague if you're looking for an ISP. Seriously not worth the time or hassle.
