Useless service!!

They sell you a bunch of lies when selling the package to you - i paid for a top up, as I was registered too late for automated debit. I sent proof of payment for R1199.00 and 4 days later i am still waiting for data!! Who are they trying to fool, i mean we all have purchased data before and surely it does not take 4 days to reflect.

Everytime I call im told the system is off, then eventually when i ask for a refund they now say the data has been loaded, however i still do not have data and receive the "out of bundle: message when trying to connect!!

Seriously not happy and will warn anyone to stay away it's only my first month with them and this is already the start.. so happy its month to month and i didnt fall into a contract trap!

Do not consider if you value your money and if you are looking for good service cause you will not find it here.
