********* Useless Company Ever

Hi guys its been a bad month for me since last month I have been having problems with my month to month sim contract card which i took last year from HOME CLOUD which is power by Telkom my sim card cuts off the network I called them several times as i use Data everyday and my business requires me to always have Data I am a Forex Trader so can you imagine how much money i have lost due to this? When I call its either the don't answer the phone and when the do the hang up and if you ask for them to call you back the never do i have spoken to Gareth Technical Manager I guess he never helped me his so useless everything you ask him regarding my sim disconnecting he will tell you he doesn't know not to mention the receptionist shes F**cken rude, I pay R299 every month that's my money i work hard for it and I'd rather pay more for Data and Good service. This people are going to take Telkom down with them. Also had a conversation with Nwabisa on whatsapp i still have all the conversation on how ********* these people communicate with their Clients. Such companies should shut DOWN.. .. ..TELKOM DO something with this Third Party.
