The worst internet service provider in SA

Very disappointed with the service or lack thereof. I have a Data sim card with Home Cloud but for the past 3 Months it does not have network. I have tried to get help through all the platforms i have but to no avail. Debit orders keep going through my account but i do not have any service. Very ****ed off with the way they conduct business. All telephone lines cant be reached, no response on Facebook page, neither is there response on the whatsapp lines provided.
