"We're...devoted to creating happy customer experience." Really, it that the reason for ALL my emails and All my calls unanswered? The only answer 99% of the time was an NOT promised next available technician in the next 24 hour. I'm still waiting... 5. Maybe HomeCloud must pay Me the cancellation fee? 6. It is not the real deal, it is no deal from your site! 7.
