STAY AWAY FROM HOMECLOUD!!!!!!!

Home Cloud is the worst ISP in the Country.

I took out a month to month deal and made sure that I would be able to cancel it within a month.

the sales person who helped me was and is probably the most competent man there.

When it was time to cancel one of the account ladies sent a email telling me there was a cancellation fee of around R4000 because i was on a 24 month contract.

I sent her a email back that i took a month to month deal and at first she did not believe me, Later on the lady got hold of the sales person and i recieved a email stating it was a mistake and that the team leader put it on a 24 month by mistake.

I was sent the cancellation forms, witch i had to get printed out filled in and sent back witch i did, After that i repeatedly had to go to the bank to reverse my payments because i was billed again and again. I sent 2 mails saying that i am going to see a lawyer and only after there third attempt to deb money from my account i got yet another mail saying that there is still a cancellation fee that i have to pay because i am on a 24 month contract.

I got hold of a new person after being treated like i am a ********, Like i am not telling the truth about what contract i took. He was supposed to call me back on several occasions and i am the one who has to follow up every time, They are oppositely listening to the voice recordings of me when i placed the order. This has been going on for to long now and i am also sorry to have revered one of my friends to them.

It ****s me to have to come to a site like this to get a cancellation done but if this would help anyone else not to fall into this trap it is well worth my effort.

I just want to get Home Cloud out of my life once and for all.
