Stay away from Home Cloud internet service providers

This is the worst company to do business with. They are very quick to take your money but are not willing to respond to any correspondence.

Before taking the contract with them, I asked if their signal strength was stable enough as my business relies on being able to make quick connections. The signal strength drops constantly even during off-peak times.

I have sent mails, I have log service calls, I have phoned every possible number and no luck on any platform. I am paying constantly for service that I was promised that I would get, sadly this is not true.

I not satisfied with their service and would like to warn others before they get themselves into a contract with them.
