Stay away from Home Cloud!!!!!!!!!!

This company sells Telkom LTE. From day 1 I was **** to. The product that I was sold did not come anywhere close to what I requested from the consultant. My data never lasted mor than half the month with absolute minimal usage. Their advise was to slow down my speeds. Then what is the use of LTE if I must slow it down. My 24 month contract is finished. I advised them that I would not be renewing but they are still debiting my account. The worst part is that nobody even bothers to respond to emails. Most of their email addess just send an auto response stating that the address is not monitored. Stay away from HOME CLOUD!!!!!!!!
