Stay away!

I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am in the lack of service by this company. There is absolutely no way one can speak to someone besides their live chat service which is incredibly inefficient. I have been given wrong information and false promises made to me more than once. E.g promising me my top up will be activated the following morning only to discover the next day they have been experiencing technical difficulties for the past 2 weeks and I will simply have to. wait.

When demanding to speak to a senior person I am either told they will escalate my complaint (which obviously never happens) or to email their supervisor who never bothers to respond to the email.

I am spending more time on trying to get the correct information out of these people than actually getting work done.
