Shocking Support and Response Times

Terrible customer service. I have had no connection for 5 days. Their online chat, whatsapp line and phone lines are useless, even after logging 3 tickets (they advertise a 48 hour turnaround time, but it is now 72 hours) and no one from Home Cloud has reached out to me. When they want to make a sale they are eager to contact you, but when you want support there is no one.
