Shocking Service

I would advice people to stay away from this company (Internet Service Provider). They offer a month to month contract. I have been trying since September 2020 to cancel my contract as I don't need it anymore. In this week January 2021, I had to do a live chat with them to cancel my contract. The reason for the life chat is that you absolutely can not get hold of them by telephone. I was promised twice that my contract was cancelled only to be deducted from my account again this morning. I have paid over R 300.00 in banking fees to return the debit order. If you want a Internet service provider please look elsewhere.
