Shocking service

Yesterday I received a call from Home Cloud regarding the data options that are available. The consultant that called me was Melody Shange and she explained the deals that are available. She advised me that she will call me after an hour once my application has been approved. She called me after an hour and just asked for my banking details as well as a copy of my ID and proof of address via WhatsApp, I wasn't comfortable with sending my personal details via WhatsApp. I'm really starting to think that this is a ****, as the terms and conditions were not read to me over the over nor was I required to accept the conditions, I only got a screenshot of the terms and conditions. I then sent Melody an email to advise what is the next steps and she still has not rep****. Please can you cancel this because the service that I have received is shocking.
