Shocking customer service

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service!!!! The connectivity has been okay, but the administration and the uploading of data has been a nightmare. There is a live chat available, but the consultants continuously palm you off on each other and make false promises. Absolutely INFURIATING. Would not recommend this ISP to anyone! Stay away!
