Shocked & Disgusted Client

Good Day. My account has been debited and payment was successful however all my minutes and sms's have disappeared and I use my phone for business and i am paying R599.00 Per Month and not even getting a full months usage ad this is unacceptable as I am now left stranded without my phone and I need this to be sorted out and my allocations to be done before I take this matter further as this is unfair consumer practice as I am not able to use my full package between debits. this is disgusting and shocking as I am paying on time every month yet I am losing 5 to 6 days worth of usage on my phone and this has happened 3 times now where I lose my minutes and sms's within 24 hours of my account being paid and I am considering cancelling as this is poor service Kind Regards.
