Sensitive Data Loss

I filled out the online application supplying all my personal information including banking detail, for some reason, still unknown, my application was unsuccessful and there is no record of my application in their database. No one can answer me as to where all my information went, this is a serious breach of privacy. I have spoken to a manager who promised to get back to me, I have not heard of them again.
