Promise not kept

I took out a contract through your Company about 3 years ago Recently, due to issues with Telkom, I need a copy of that contract

My matter with Telkom is about to be sent to the ombudsman and having the contract will make the whole issue so much quicker than the ombudsman having to get it from you
