PROMISE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT DON'T DELIVER

<p>A company called Home Cloud Solutions based in Durban have been advertising all over the internet for wi-fi. My daughter signed up for their month on month wi-fi service and paid the required amount for the router. It is now 4 working days since my daughter signed up and to date the router has not been delivered and there is still no waybill no nor any confirmation of when her router will be delivered. In addition, the sales person I spoke to, Slindile, couldn't give me any answers. I then phoned one of the team leaders by the name of Tshepiso this morning at just after 11:00. Tshepiso promised to call me back within 30 minutes but I still haven't received a call from him either. They profess to have the best customer service, but I have yet to experience it!!!! </p>
