POOR SERVICE FROM HOMECLOUD SOLUTIONS...

I'm very disappointed in homecloud solutions, they send me email that my account is in arrears, after two months, i tried to make contact they respond after days and when nwabisa whatever his/her name is rep**** and told me that my account was credit and im do not have to pay anything even if i want to cancel my contract, i asked for proof of how long my contract is still due but no response, never ever will i ever apply by them again and please people there service are very poor .

Terrible company.......
