Poor service

<p>I placed my order for LTE service and a router on 10 April 2017. The sales people were very fast to call me cak and arrange everything so that the sale can take place. By 21 April my order was still not with me. I called them only to find out that my LTE sim and router just left their warehouse now???!!!! 11 days later. I am cancelling this order. BAD SERVICE ina very competive market.</p>
