Poor service

Hi Wi-Fi internet service seekers, i went to Telkom requesting for WI-FI internet for my new Mechanical workshop and they checked coverage and was no coverage then they denied to sell WI-FI package to me.

I found HOMECLOUD internet service provider and i ****ked to Andile as my sales man, i explained to him my needs and that I'm from TELKOM they said i have no coverage. He said ok TELKOM they don't Know what they are doing, I'll assist you. He asked for my business documents and bank account. after i received only SIM card with 40GB, 20GB at any time and 20GB at night. the SIM card came and was TELKOM SIM, and real as TELKOM told me they is no courage at my Workshop and it couldn't connect even once was on March 2018 i tried to put on my Laptop and go to the local mall to check on it and it worked immediately i disconnected it and ask them to cancel it as wasn't the contract was month to month deal.

Andele sent me to Jean and Jean sent me a cancellation form to complete and I'm calling them almost every month when they deduct R399 from my personal banking account which i didn't gave them, i gave them our business banking account. now business is not responsible for my personal debts. i live life of reversing money from HOMECLOUD every monthend since March till todate, they are bad guys when i call no one wanna assist me they always says Andele and Jean they are out of office they ask them to call back. Now i went to the bank ask for a Loan and i tried to apply for a car they say I'm on arrears not paying some store which is HOMECLOUD they emailed me a statement of about more than R2000 due while i never even use a single 1GB of their service. I'm blacklisted due to this poor internet service provider HOMECLOUD.
