Poor Poor Service.

My service is constantly off H+ and on a very slow Edge. Try to contact them on 4 numbers via whatsup as there is no answer on the landlines. Only one of the or lines came back to me telling me that He/She is accounts department and I must contact the technical department. This has happened numerous times.
