Pathetic useless service from Home Cloud.

I have been a client with home cloud for just under 2 years. every time i try make contact it takes a couple of days to get through. The have 10 numbers that never get answered.

I have request numerous times for Jared the MD to contact me and he doesnt. I spoke to a Geraldine Essack and she promised to get him to call me and still nothing.

Who do i reprort this company too to have them closed down? they are juggling with our lively hood...
