Pathetic service.

My Service was Down from the 10th of December and I informed them about it. 4 weeks later nothing. It took so much time and effort, so many calls and so much money wasted just to be able to ask them to give me what I already paid for. They then promised to Refund me my money. Once again, effort only on my side to get it sorted. Stil waiting for my money. They are possibly the worst people I have ever dealt with.
