Pathetic

What a pathetic experience from home Homecloud,They debited me R529 on the 19th Dec,I waited for my Jan data till I contacted them on the 19th of Jan,and my data for Jan was loaded only on the 22nd of Jan,it was only 3 days left to the next payday,Also on the 25th of Jan they debited me R529 for the month of Feb now right,guess what they never loaded any data,Now as we speak they debited me R529 for the month of March,then I had no choice but to reverse the payment that was debited on the 25th of Jan,because they never load any data,so I am waiting for them if they will load my data for March as I already paid for it,This morning they sent me an sms about the payment that I reversed,What annoys me about them,their debiting team is so perfect on taking money but when it comes to deliver,nothing,I referred a lot of people to them now this is what I get.Pathetic
