No wifi but paying for it

In December they sent us emails that wifi would be down cause of the weather. My wifi has never worked since I have sent countless emails and they have not been responded to. When you call you are put on hold for a very long time, hence I have never got any assistance in the matter. They still deligently debit my account every month even though I asked them not to until this issue is resolved.
