NO SUPPORT _ AT ALL

One star rating is actually too much. My sim isn't working and won;t connect. I wanted to cancel the service as it was impossible to get hold of them, they quickly responded to say I had to pay R2000 to get out of the contract; so I decided to carry on. I have phoned 5 different numbers over the passed week - no-one answers ANY of the numbers on the website and DON'T even bother logging a support ticket because I have done that 3 times and STILL no-one has contacted me.

I will be cancelling my debit order and if Homecloud tries to list me or tarnish my payment rating - then this fight is going to get real. DON"T expect me to pay for a service I am not getting
