Money debits with no Sim card

My name is Dudu, I requested a Sim card early March 2020, was told told it'll be delivered within 2-3 days, it never came then there was the Lockdown the confirmed that will still deliver in the level 5 of Lockdown however, they never did tried communicating with them, however after the first debit order there were responses in every communication route I tried, the whatsapp, email, even call. The annoying part is that to this say I haven't received a Sim card but they keep debiting and not responding, and I signed no contract so since it a month to month as I have sent an email of cancelation why there's still debit orders almost 3 times a month... SOLELY DISAPPOINTED AT THEIR SERVICE. All I need is a cancelation of the whole thing since I do not even have the sim card.
