Money debited but no data recieved

My account was debited R1074 and it's now 18 Oct and I still dont have my data. They are not answering any of my messages. Theres no communication. I've had bad service from them from day 1. Every month I've had to ask for my data to be loaded. I want my data or a refund. I'm definatly cancelling with them.
