Misrepresentation and unauthorized debiting
Decided to take up an offer for LTE data, providing that I get the speed they promised (No less than 50mbps) Router was delivered late and when I tested the speed, I struggled to get 5mbps. I cancelled within 5 days, as per CPA, but I was simply ignored. \They even debited my account after I contacted them at least 3 times.
Bad service, phones lines dont work and you get NO feedback.
Stay away, will you regret using their services.
