Making promises to make a sale!!!!!

<p>I phoned Homecloud as they say on their add they give the best service and rates.....falling for that after 2 weeks of false promises that my package is on its way....up to today I STILL havent received anything. whats worse is that I as the client have to do the follwing up the whole time. Feels like the sales agent just wants to make a sale, but after that there is NO service. Everytime I phone the is a new excuse...stock or its coming or the next day......and I have to work but empty promises the whole time.</p>
