Impossible to contact!

I haven't had internet access for 11 weeks! Impossible to get a hold of! The phone number is not in service, the emails disappear into the ether without getting a response and when sending a support tickets from their website, it says that a support ticket cannot be generated at this time. Oh, and they blocked me on Facebook after demanding service and telling people asking for a call back to not even consider them as an IP. I referred those people on FB to HelloPeter. I have done my part in ensuring my contract is closed. If they disagree, I will gladly take this further to the Ombudsman for arbitration.
