I want action to put my wifi on

My name is Hermann Jacques Keyser I have paid my subscription to Home Cloud and to date no wifi has been put on.

I were told to go to bank to reverse bank says only new company alleged changed from Home Cloud can reverse or put over funds to new account.

Paid 2020/04/30 I did communicated with an attorney who if they Home Cloud refuses to comply by putting my account on will face a civil suit. For loss of business and my rights to my dignity as I am disabled and use my wifi innitially to communicate with my medical advisor. How do I send proof of payment via email.
